Raining on the DART

Acrylics on stretched canvas

Inspiration behind the painting

A long commute in my terms, but I was always awarded right around Sandymount. Those towers were there when my mother worked in Dublin and they were waiting for me when I was. The DART was humid and uncomfortably warm even on a frosty winter morning. Fogged windows peering out at drizzle.
